ClickMagick for Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketers need to connect traffic sources and placements to downstream conversions without owning the merchant checkout. That makes click IDs, sub-IDs and postback-compatible workflows especially important.
What affiliates need to measure
Useful affiliate reporting goes beyond click count. It should preserve traffic source, campaign, placement and creative identifiers and connect those identifiers to sale or lead outcomes when the network makes conversion data available.
ClickMagick's affiliate tooling
ClickMagick currently lists unlimited affiliate campaigns on Standard and above, while its broader product includes tracking links, Smart Links/rotators, integrations, webhooks and API access. Its public Hyros comparison also states support for major affiliate networks and standard postback/Sub-ID tracking.
When it makes sense
The tool is easiest to justify when you buy traffic, run multiple offers or placements, and need faster source-level profit feedback. A low-volume affiliate relying on a single network dashboard may not need a separate paid tracker.
Measurement discipline
Use a stable sub-ID taxonomy and record your cost inputs consistently. A sophisticated tracker cannot make campaign ROI meaningful if traffic costs are missing or every media source uses a different naming system.
